Terms of Sale

Please read carefully:

1. All packages are meant for consecutive weekly meeting use. Coupons will be collected for any missed weeks as well as a coupon to cover the current weekly fee.
2. Package term begins with the first meeting attendance.
3. Refunds can be requested and will be granted in full before you attend your first meeting. There is a $10.00 service fee on all refunds.
4. Once you have attended your first meeting there are no refunds except for the following reasons:
• Member achieves Lifetime Membership.
• Member submits a letter from physician stating a medical reason why member cannot follow the Weight Watchers weight loss Program. (This includes pregnancy).
• Member moves out of state.
• Refund will be calculated on a pro-rated fee and may include a service fee.
5. Non-Transferable: May only be used by the member whose name and registration number appears on the card.
