The At Work ProgramĀ® and Community Meetings
Frequently Asked Questions
What does my membership include?
One set of program materials, a confidential weekly weigh-in and as many informational and motivational meetings as you wish to attend each week.
If an At Work series has already started, can I still join?
You sure can! In fact, we encourage members to join anytime during the At Work series. The price would be $12.50 multiplied by the remaining number of weeks in that series. (If you join during week 10, 11, or 12, the cost is $39/total.) Keep in mind payroll deduction, if offered by the company, is only offered until week three.
If the series I am attending does not renew, can I remain a member?
You may continue your membership in a traditional meeting or another At Work Program. Ask your leader to assist you in finding a location and time that will fit your schedule.
If a meeting is cancelled during the series, what happens?
Weight Watchers will add an additional meeting at the end of the series.
If I am unable to attend my weekly At Work Meeting, what do I do?
We understand that things may occur that prevent you from attending a meeting from time to time. You are encouraged to attend a traditional meeting or another At Work meeting any time during that week. Simply present your At Work Membership Book. Your leader will be able to supply you with a complete list of meeting locations.
Do I pay a registration fee when I join The At Work Program?
No, The At Work Program does not have a registration fee. The cost is $145 for 12 weeks.
If I reach Lifetime Membership, can I get my money back?
When you reach Lifetime Membership in your series, Weight Watchers will reimburse you for the remaining weeks of the series at a prorated cost.
If I am a Lifetime Member over my goal weight, can I still join?
Of course you can! You do have to pay the full series price. When you are within 2 pounds of your Lifetime Goal Weight, you will be reimbursed for the remaining weeks of the series at a prorated cost.
If I have coupons, may I use them for payment in The At Work Program?
If you have coupons, you can do one of two things. Your first option would be to bring in the header for the coupons and all coupons you have left and your leader will submit them for reimbursement. Or, you can hold on to the coupons and use them at a traditional meeting, if The At Work Program does not continue. No matter what you choose to do, The At Work Program must be prepaid.
I am in my six weeks of maintenance. Do I pay the full $145?
You need to pay for the remaining weeks of maintenance at $12.50 per week. So if you have 4 weeks of maintenance when the new series starts, then you would only pay $50. Your maintenance weeks must be 6 paid weeks, so the Open House does not count as a week of maintenance.
